She doesn’t push you hard if you’re in a lot of pain. I remember one time I went to therapy with a lot of pain, and she went easy on me that day. I had multiple surgeries on my neck and back. She worked on getting my neck to be more flexible, but she doesn’t make me do any exercises that will cause too much pain in my neck and back. She will always make sure if you’re doing ok or in pain while doing exercises. Her goal is to make her clients have less pain and succeed in therapy.
